Carmine Still Exists

Hi there. It's been decades since my last post. I had been very occupied with the preparations for my change nin status, which luckily ended successfully and was more that what I've expected, and my relocation back to Manila (hey, I'm now a Manila girl again, but with Cebuano accent *_*)

Also, I had been learning how to make HDR pics using GIMP freeware and the results are really fascinating. Pictures below, which were captured during our Teambuilding activity at Monte Vista Resort, Sariaya, Quezon, are some of my recent works:

captured some minutes after 6AM, the scenery is indeed peaceful

were it not for those two guys standing along the shore, you might think that this was captured at dusk. In fact, this picture was taken early morning =)

I am currently studying more photo editing techniques, and I'll surely post my works here soon!

Sunrise at Guesthouse

Hey!

This time, I tried to capture the sunrise as seen from our company's "helepad".
I woke up 10 mins before 5 in the morning, readied myself and Carmine, and then went to work.
At 5 AM, I was already at the site waiting for the sun to greet me good morning.

And here's what we've got in return:

Odette at Isabel

The day before Carmine captured the captivating sunset at Isabel, Odette (or typhoon Usagi) who was currently traversing northern Luzon during that day, was also felt at Isabel.

Typical signs of bad weather are felt at Isabel.

This vessel stands still amid the rough seas.

 

Despite the cold and windy day, these teens are still all smiles

Just like those teenagers, Carmine and I still managed to be adventurous.

Sunset at Isabel

Hi there!

I'm happy to see you here again at Carmine's site.

 

As I was looking for subjects of my new career, my colleague recommended the sunset at Isabel.

So yesterday, Carmine and I traveled to Isabel proper and took some images of sundown from Isabel's wharf. The following are the fruits of our adventure:

 

 

 

Indeed, sunset at Isabel is captivating.
I haven't imagined that this simple municipality can offer such an extraordinary sight.

Carmine is here!

Carmine arrived earlier than expected!

Around 2:20PM, the courier called up saying that Carmine is already waiting to see me.

3:20PM, I saw her.
I am just so excited to touch and see Carmine.
She is so fragile.
She has bright red color and very light weight (contrary to what I've expected).

I will post a photo of us, soon.

Our days of adventure will begin, SOON. =)
